Settings › Administration › Contact and feedback. You need no mail program for it. Name, email address and message are required; the app sends device, iOS and app version automatically, which helps us with bugs. The answer comes by email.
Questions, bugs, wishes? The quickest way is the contact form in the app. Before that it is worth a look at the most frequent questions.

Write what you did shortly before it went wrong, and the time. The system log (Settings › Administration) helps: with “Upload” you send us the technical processes of the last days, only when you trigger it.
Answers usually take a few days. Please do not write anything in the email that must not be passed on; notes on this in the privacy policy.
In the app: Settings › Premium › Manage subscription. Or on iPhone/iPad: Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Vocabulary Collector. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. More on the Premium & purchases page.
Sign in with the Apple account you bought with and tap “Restore purchases”: for Premium in the window with the offers (Settings › Premium), for story packs at the bottom of the story shop. Credits of the AI features are tied to your Apple account and are back after a reinstall. A purchase that is still waiting for approval (“Ask to Buy”) is credited as soon as it is confirmed.
Settings › AI features › “Delete my AI features data”. This deletes what the server has stored from you and cuts the link to your Apple account. It cannot be undone; the balance is lost. Premium and story packs you bought stay with your Apple account and can be restored with “Restore purchases”. Your vocabulary and dictionaries on the device stay. Send other deletion requests through the contact form.
With iCloud sync (Settings › iCloud, on by default) and additionally with “Export” under Settings › Data: a file you can save in “Files”, by AirDrop or by email. “Export training progress” takes the learning progress along.
Both devices must be signed in to iCloud with the same Apple account, and iCloud sync must be on. Tap “Sync now” under Settings › iCloud on both devices and wait a moment. Each device downloads dictionaries and vocabulary packages itself; the app reminds you.
Check the internet connection and the free storage: the German dictionary is about 125 MB and about 550 MB unpacked. The app reloads the list by itself once a connection is back. If that does not help, open the list under Settings › Manage dictionaries and choose “Reinstall”. You can also download the files here.
If you learn Greek you need the Greek keyboard of iOS: Settings › General › Keyboard › Keyboards › Add New Keyboard › Greek. The app cannot add the keyboard itself.
The app needs access to the microphone and speech recognition: Settings › Vocabulary Collector. Speech input is part of Premium (Settings › Premium).
Settings › Language or Settings › Mode. Nothing is lost when you switch.
Thank you! Write to us through the contact form with the word and what is wrong. For forms and generated sentences there is also “Report issue” right at the spot.
In the privacy policy. In short: no account, your vocabulary stays on your device and in your iCloud account, and only what a feature needs is sent.
iPhone and iPad with iOS or iPadOS 17 or later.
The app itself is small. Dictionaries need about 60 MB (English), 290 MB (Greek) and 550 MB (German) unpacked.
After the dictionaries are loaded everything works offline. Only downloads, purchases, AI features, the online dictionary, iCloud sync and the contact form need to be online.
